@MrEJR26 Well if you're just getting into airsoft, I'd say it's a good gun. It has a decent muzzle velocity for backyard skirmishes, but if you want something on a more professional level, I would reccomend a G&G M4. Mind you though G&G is costly.

@Destroyer4292 The reason I want the 3181AB M4 is it comes with a genade launcher, something that cost 100 dollars. And it's a freaging awsome gun. My Dad has to decide what I get though ;-). I'm either getting the JG military AUG or the M4. I think the AUG would be good for me, his thing is it's 160 dollars and I can't convince him that pretty god for an AUG. the little lever thingy in the front is part of the field stip.

You need it to remove the barrel, and then there's a button near the back that if you remove will detach the bolt section from the stock.

And the Semi/full auto trigger thing is just how the gun is actually made.

It misfeeds when your battery aint strong enough or not charged propely. take my advice and get a decent battery for a few quid of ebay. i bought a battery 9.6v and had a hell of a long battery life. 2 days wrth of skirmishing in my mp5.

Attention everyone! You can adjust the hop up!! pul off the rubber rectangle at the side, pull back the plastic thing,a nd theres a wheel around the back of the barrel that you adjust for hop up, hope this helps :]

I think i have this same gun, its BE's $70 or $90 dollar AUG from Airsplat, and Iv been having issues with it, but the one that i cant figure out is for some reason the gun wont shoot anymore, i'll have the battery hooked up and everything but all that'll happen when I hold down the trigger is the battery gets real hot real fast, anyone know what this problem could be, please if you do reply to this

naa i got the BE steyr aug for 89.95 and it works just fine and it has a 350 hi cap magazine and it shoots 250-300 feet distance at 350 fps! he got the cheap one!

Do you want the outer barrel longer or the inner barrel longer? Either way it's pretty simple. For the outer barrel, simply take a piece of PVC pipe that fits over the barrel, paint it, cut it down to the size you want, and stick it on. For the inner barrel you can buy a tightbore, or you can simply go to a hardware store and buy a metal pipe that the BB's fit in nice and snug, and replace the old barrel with it.

SR-16's a good choice. it's an M4 with a solid stock. Any M4 really if given a tightbore barrel could work. AUG's good and compact but i prefer the FAMAS and the L85's another good choice. P90 can even work in a pinch. the main thing with all of these is go tightbore with the barrel.

i got this gun a while ago, and it was terrible, it broke in a few minutes. when i tried to fold the handgrip up it didnt budge, then when it did, it fell apart, just like that. it was full plastic, and it jammed constantly. when i took it apart to fix it the first time, it was very hard to get it back together.... i would reccomend the CYMA AK47, nice gun

the standard aug has a 330 round mag not a 50 round there would be no point in it being an auto if it had 50 rounds i dont know why you would bother buying the 30 dollar version of this gun. You can spend 130 on evike to get this with metal and a 1.5 scope rather than a tube . Please dont buy this gun

You know high capacity magazines are lower quality, right?

Professional airsofters do not touch high cap mags, most use standard or midcaps. Which contain 20-100 rounds.

High cap mags break easily, misfeed easily, and double feed even easier.

I'd rather reload every 100 shots than clear a jam.

Also, you aren't supposed to hold down the trigger for more than 6 BBs at a time, or it wears the gun down.

Dude, ive had a 500 rd Hi-cap in my Echo 1 M4, and had one mess-up on my first day, where the mag jammed. I have never had a jam, and never had any misfeeds. In my opinion, Hi-caps are fucking amazing, and the ony down side is winding it with gloves on

Thats what I thought too---until I got a systema turbo motor and then the Midcaps didn't feed anymore at 30 Rounds Per Second. Now only the hi-caps work (on my TM SR-16)
