I went to look at an XP10 in RockHill SC. I've han only my first lesson for whitewater at the white water center in Charlotte NC. Aguy name Pablo was my instructor,he was in the 2008 olympics. I know the XP9 is rated for only 220lbs max. I'm 230 but intend to be back at 200 in months to come. Am I better with the XP9 on the idea that it will be easier to flip back up than the XP10? ty Brian

well if your 230 now go for the boat with the higher weighcompacity(so you can carry gear also)
