  • No way you do any work in there. It's waaaaayyyyyy toooo clean. I love it though.

  • @50guitar

Thanks. It doesn't always look like that, its a mess right now...

  • Thanks! It’s mostly an accumulation of years of collecting.

I checked out your video, your tool mounts are slick!

  • Nice shop, wish I could afford some of the gear you have. Check out my video on 'The Workshop Makeover' (by GRA120457), all tool mounts are hand made and its a little over the top...

  • Great looking shop, your tour gave me a few ideas for my new shop, thanks for sharing. One tip, you might want to shut the music off when you are filming, it was a a bit hard at times to follow you.

  • @sjniles Thanks. Someone else commented about the music. Music is always playing in my shop so I didn’t even think about it when I made the video.

  • Super nice shop, just awesome. Little small, but very organized and clean, which is key no matter how big the shop.

I love the plunge base Bosch Colt as well. Really nice work there. Makes me wish I had one.

I too have a woodshop/machine shop, but my tools aren't quite up to par with yours. I've just got a Grizzly mini-mill and their smaller gunsmith lathe, but they do work really well. As well I still run an old C-Man tablesaw, wish I had that Delta!

Just an awesome shop, wish it were mine!

  • @kenny474

Thanks for your kind words. I would love to have a larger shop but this one’s paid for. :o) I find that as long as I plan my work and have patience moving things as needed, that it works out ok. The Woodmaster is what pushed things over the edge space wise – that thing is a monster! The Grizzly Mill/Drill is like my shop, you can do a lot of stuff with it, you just need patience.

  • How is the cabinet going to fit an elephant in it no less a collection. Stamps and spoons ok but elephants are big you must go through a lot of straw. Nice setup.

  • @theoriginalpunisher

Thanks, they’re pigmy elephants so they don’t take up much room...

  • collection of elephants.....seriously - 4/4 oak, ya must love her

  • @RideSaintJohn

Love her. Not too crazy about the elephants.

  • collection of elephants.....

  • i notice at 3:20 pictures of drilling rigs ,did you work in oil fields?

  • The center picture is actually a Polaris missile sitting on the pad in Kodiak, Alaska. The left & right pictures are of the December 14th 2004 launch.

  • @loganpondbridge that's still cool

  • @rotoclip Thanks

  • Yeah, I knew that the first time I played the video back. Oh well, probably too many Sierra Nevada’s..

  • "Lagoon 14x40 Engine Lathe" LOL! Actually, it's a Logan (pronounced LOH-gan, not La-GOON). Not sure if that's just a funny accent, or if you just missed the spelling. Funny! Nice little shop.

  • Just clean....

  • wow, what a nice set up, bte what is the music playing in the background?

  • Thanks. That’s Grace Potter in the background. There are lots of YouTube vids of her performing, some good and some not. Check her out.

  • Awsome..Nice set up

  • Thanks!

  • Very, very nice shop. Thanks for sharing. Looks like you have a small fortune tucked away in your man-cave. Kudos to your wife too for not flipping out about it. I guess she does get a nice oak cabinet out of it.

  • Thanks Merlin, Ive been accumulating stuff for a long time.

  • Your shop is awesome.Looks like your a cleaning finatic. But really awesome

  • @bouldercreekfc Thanks!

    I've been called worse.

  • Great Shop, Great Video Bruce! That's a lonely looking Sierra Nevada on the bench. Hope to hoist one of those with you some day!

  • you havo a lot of tools but no space for things what you build,make-furniture

  • Most everything is on wheels so I can move things around if I have to. But yes, I wish I had more room.

  • I just moved my metal shop and it's a horrible mess....and seeing your just makes me wanna cry!!!! LOL I miss my clean and vacuumed shop.

  • Are you setting up a new shop? It takes time to get thing the way you like them. Mines still a work in progress.

  • Love it man!

  • Man thats a nice shop but its just to clean LOL. Would love to have a mill looks like it would be fun to play with.

    Jay

  • Thanks Jay. It's not always like that, in fact, it's a mess right now!

The mill is a lot of fun

  • Nice Shop Setup!

    Take Care,

    John

  • Thanks for the comment John. I keep trying to talk the wife into letting me knock a wall down that separates a spare bedroom from the shop so Id have more room but so far no dice

  • Let her know every fellow needs sufficent space for his mancave! I would just let it rip.

    John

  • Great shop. You sure made the most of that space.
