If these children are Tibetan children, it is really sad. They don't sing or speak Tibetan language. They have been completely sinonised. They don't even speak their own language. Tibet and Tibetan culture is dying under chinese rule.
First, why are you writing in English instead of Tibetan character?
Second, in this video, these kids were speaking Tibetan language and performing Tibetan dance. I think you exiled Tiebtan have been deeply affected by Indian English culture (or any other non-Tibetan culture) such that you are unable to understand real Tibetan culture.
