  • Do you know anyone in Canada that offers the same Abdominal Massage technique as you? Preferrably in Ontario.

I trust your method yet no one seems to offer it in my province. It just isn't feasible to travel to England for a massage session.

    Thanks.

  • @windows12334 thank you very much for posting as well for trust. For many decades of massive utilizationins at Eastern European countries, this methodology proven to be safe and effective.I'm sorry. cannot reffer you to somebody in Canada. I did produce this full lessons and offering it for free because nowadays due to stressful routine ,Abdominal/ Visceral Massage must be implemented, as a preventive as well as a clinical procedure.BTW.I'm located at US not in England. Best wishes.Boris

  • This snowball effect is very interesting. For me, I like to hang upside down from an inversion table and pretend I am Batman, so having a properly closed esophageal sphincter is very important, because I find that gravity is pulling the stomach acid up (or down) the esophagus and burning my throat and mouth if I hang upside down for too long.

I have taken to having some "TUMS" to counteract this, but improving abdominal health so the sphincter will close seems like a cheaper solution to problem

  • @tyciol Thanks for posting meaningful, detailed comment. I hope my answer somehow will help others to prevent some negative developments as well will help to understand better importance of abdominal /visceral massage. I'm glad that you find interesting “snowball negative effect” explanation secondary to venus stasis. He described case gravity not only pulling the stomach acid up but obviously forcing through esophagus/ valve which cause not reversible damage to this structures.

  • @tyciol (my replycontinuation)Obviously your body telling you not to do it. In my opinion ,to improve abdominal health in such cases as you described is not only cheaper but most likely necessary. Let's keep in mind that tums, and other antiasid medications are not addressing the problem but helping to manage symptoms. It is not a case of abdominal /visceral massage implementation. like in most cases of massagetreatments for different disorders we are addressing the real causes .will continue

  • @tyciol Maybe abdominal /visceral massage techniques will not neutralize asids immediately but by managing and reducing inflammatory conditions, normalizing arterial blood supply etc. ,actually for years to come it preventing significant complications including life-threatening cancers, necessary for surgeries , and not less important improving of life quality .of course during few reputed treatments symptoms also will be eliminated. Thanks again for posting.

    Best wishes.

    Boris

  • @tyciol Keep in mind that hanging upside down for extended periods of time can damage blood vessels in your head.
