:( I'm on my second playthrough and you'd think with all the augments and stuff I'd win this easy. Wrong. With +50% HP Rosa stays alive every time, but gets knocked down to about 500hp. Everyone else dies, exept sometimes Cecil wil survive, and once Fusoya did too.

reverse means you can cast an elixir on him and it will do 9999 dmg

The CPU is level 60 (+ the nodes). Taking out 12,000 HP from the Attack Node (thus killing it) shouldn't be hard to do. Leave Fusoya dead for giving fake advice (that'll teach him a lesson).

lol, actually the advice was kept intact from the SNES version where the Attack node did minor/medium damage and the Defence System restored about 3000HP to the CPU, but in this new version it is suicidal to defeat the Defence first. So yeah, kill Fusoya that %$%@#!

lol i keep dieing at this part, no matter what i do "lazer barrage" and dead. it helps to slow the attack node though. after that you just have to find a way to kill that attack node before it attacks again. my party's lvls are between 47-52

Thanks for the hints. I thought you had to defeat the defense orb first because Fusoya said so.

use fuma shuriken or knife on the attack orb then kill the cpu. don't kill the defsne orb after u kill the attack orb or the cpu regens em both.

The difficulty in this game is rediculous! Cecil is the only one in my party that survives the laser, and I *know* that I'm a higher level than I would have been even than when facing the trap wall on the GBA version.

so this is all!, only cast summon->ramuh with rydia, since cpu is weaken to thunder and defender is cured... very practice, if this video was for psone it had saved me many annoyances with that tiny beast (despective for insect). thanks and advance 5 stars, by the way, how it is possible that the battle menus are in English?
