But...WHY didn't you just buy some of those "BOY SHORTS" that they make to LOOK like guys' boxer-briefs except to fit women? Didn't you know that Hanes, just to name one, introduced them for that reason? Because women wanted the comfort of boxer-briefs with the small waist of female panties? Even the colors are similar (except for maybe a few pink stripes and the lack of a functional fly), but the fit is much better.
I must interject, in defense of the wonderful Mens Boxers and Boxer Briefs. ^_^ As you can probably see if you take a comparison of Mens boxers (Or boxer briefs, either way) and Womens Boy shorts, Women's are often extremely short when it comes to the leggings. As well, many such Boy Shorts tend to ride up on one-self. In short, men's boxers and boxer briefs are looser, often less flashy, and bigger overall. Peace and Love, --- Kris.
Men's Boxer Briefs are made very differently than women's "boy shorts" including, in the grand sexist and patriarchal tradition, the guys' undies are better made, thicker, softer, more durable. And they don't look the same. Boxer Briefs (for some body types) fit way better.
um, actually tightie whiteies/blackies have a nice snugness that girls' boyshorts lack. trust me on this. and there's something about the feeling of "thereness" of the mens boxers/briefs - you notice the elastic waistband, you notice the thicker material, you notice them yet they're still soft and comfortable. Anyway, not all "females" have small waists, enjoy the ass-crack factor of waistless fabric, and, OMG, don't want "even a few small stripes" of pink.. Why should it be compulsory?
