I've seen him with less production and with his voice and compositions, he fills up any hall with melody and rhythms that are very odd but sound simply while they are very difficult (coming from another singer/composer). He is brilliant at what he does and we enjoy the same muses or so I am told. (Wink)
@Marooth It is beyond words to see him live. I saw him many years ago, shortly after Poses was released, @ Oberlin College in the chapel there. It was a tiny place with incredible acoustics. I cried most of the show because it was that wonderful. If you have the chance to see him live, take it. You won't regret it!

The presence of reckless profit-mongering come to the park is not a rainstorm so much as a creepy child-molestor suddenly sitting across the street watching for days on end. Things just aren't the same anymore. Even if it's a small presence, the difference is radical.
If the content, freedom, and usability aren't completely changed, there's suddenly this self-satisfying ego-maniac running around saying, "look at me! this is mine!!! you owe me!!!" and then they stand too close, hovering.

Apparently this is the album version.
Great songwriting and great performance. Almost impossible to achieve this kind of sound in live performance.
