Thanks for loading the entire opening credits that includes the third stanza of The Unknown Stuntman. In the song, Colt Seavers laments about not getting credit and what's so ironic is that the show also uses stock footage!

At 0:21, it's Gene Wilder in Silver Streak. And at 1:21, it's Peter Fonda driving in Dirty Mary Crazy Larry. And also in the first season opening credits, there's a scene from Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid with Newman and Redford jumping off a cliff.

Lee Majors is ace! Oddly enough in our so called "sophisticated" world..I don't think any of our pathetically over muscled and equally dumb action heroes could equal the cool of Lee Majors. I really wish someone would give Lee a contract, he's just an uber cool, mellow dude who deserves to be resurrected, let's see Lee Majors in some kind of role in the next few years he deserves it!!!

@Cancrizans I'd really love to see Lee in a prominent role...I think the only other actor from the 80s I am as fond of is Bill Bixby...unfortunately we can't bring Bill back. I would love to see Lee have a series or something, he contributed a lot to the 70s and 80s action show dynamics...he really deserves a lot more recognition than he gets, makes me mad that Hollywood is capitalizing on old school movie ideas while they leave the actors who made the roles what they are in the dust.

God, this is being remade as well. I am not a die hard fan of this show, but even I can see this does not need to be remade.

I do like it, I used to watch on ITV I think after Quantum Leap and Due South, or in some segment, maybe Virgin1. If they touch Quantum Leap of Due South with remakes, there will be blood.

I had to wait each week to see if it was the long version or the short theme they played, and when it was finally the long version, I was so happy! I dont think I knew that was him singing it though. Yep, no email, twitter, laptops, music was to be played on vinyl, record, tapes. No internet. No globalization. Simple fun American entertainment,

The full version of the song is fine...but the short verson they use on TV works better. this added extra takes something out of the song. I can see why the removed it. with out it the song flows better.
