  • wow this is pretty impressive xing yi quan. the only thing i noticed that wasnt excellent was the last preformers hand and foot hamony is off. still very powerfull stuff though.

  • A rare privilege to watch these guys! I especially love the strong stancework, and the waist twisting movements that vibrate through their whole bodies then up through the hands! One has to admire the dedication of people such as these, especially Xing Yi practioners to repeat the same movements thousands of times! Incredible!
