plus it says that the cache for iphoto library is 15GB should i delete it ?

@iMANTlS - yes it's fine to clear your application caches; you probably have been using iPhoto for a very long time and the cache files build up.

CleanMyMac will warn you before deleting any files that are important; if you don't get a warning, then your fine to clear those files

I have use clean my mac but i have delete my hard drive & disk utilities can i get them back on my mac

@rudbouy123 - you deleted your entire hard drive? If you have a backup, just restore from that. The utilities are on the Mac OSX install disk that came with your computer when you bought it.
