Regular occurence in that section of Main st. Right next to the Booth center. I've worked in several fields from offices, construction, transport and worked as a counselor at the Peguis Resserve when I was in university as work experience and I can tell you, excuses are what's killing the native community.

I was in second grade when my family moved to northern Minnesota. My older sister was in third grade. A child in her class complained to the teacher that "her tummy hurt". It was right before lunch, so the teacher thought she was just hungry. Five minutes later she complained again and was told to wait again. After the third time she was sent to the nurse. The nurse recognized labor pains. The 8 year old native child was going to be a mother.
