That's actually a Black Sabbath song called "Paranoid." Zakk Wylde and Randy Rhoads both did covers with Ozzy, but that sounded like the original to me. You can find it on the classic album, "Paranoid", which also features "War Pigs" and "Iron Man." Check it out, and rock on.
Thanks for the info. Actually, I'm not much of a Rock or Metal fan, but I remember this melody being used in the old SNES game "Rock 'n Roll Racing" and for some reason, I always liked it. As I heard it here again, I wanted to finally get the song. :D
