Gangstar Rio: City Of Saints is the 5th and final installment in the Gangstar series. People had speculated that the 5th Gangstar game would be in New York or Vegas but on June 28th, 2011 it was confirmed that the setting was Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and that it will be the final Gangstar game. It will be released in 2011 sometime. It's now in Beta stage :D

There is a glitch that works and you get a laufer all the time. First you need to get a black laufer drive it down to the dock area in the big warhouse and slam it into the wall after doing that get out. After you get out shoot at it with the ak47 and start walking away while you do it. After it catches on fire walk away but in the backround you have to see the explosion. After the car explodes you will noticea new black laufer. It works 60% of the time every time!

i love this game but here are some suggestions gameloft

maybe add a little bit more talk from the characters.

the only 3 things cops say is "freeze!" you there" and "now its serious" maybe u should add more talk

make the weapons longer range

fix this, why does the pistol have longer range than the ak?

why does it take the ak 4 shots to kill and the pistol 3?

the ak is an instead death maybe the pistol with 2 shots yes

maybe you should fix the mag system for guns too....

like ak has 30 rounds etc

@SuperGangste haha nah no way BRO, yes it may be true that the bullet from the round of a pistol is wider (like an ak is 7.62mm and an .45 is 11mm) than most assault rifle cartridges/rounds but the assualt rifle round is designed to do more damage

some pistols are accurate, but look at the real picture, the barrel of any battle/assualt rifle is bigger and longer than any pistol out there, which gives it a longer range and better accuracy....

for example the m-16, don't tell me that it isn't accurate up to 500 meter because i know, but a pistol barely reacher 150-200 meters with mere accuracy

here, im not really even like getting mad but your not listening to me.. im not talking about the obvious.. the obvious is if you go up to an ak with a pistol your gunna get ripped apart, thats obvious. but if your gunna b at a range and your aiming at the little aiming body things then the pistols gunna shoot right where you aim where the ak would do more of a spray, and im not talking about the whole clip. but if you look at it this way, the way i was the whole time the pistol is more accurate

the reason why the pistol has more accuracy is because its semi automatic

the ak is automatic so the bullets go around almost everywhere they spray because of the recoil

but if u put an m16 or ak in semi automatic obviously they will win and not the pistol because the recoil will be much less and the barrel won't jump up and down as much (the barrel of assualt rifles bounces when u shoot them in automatic mode)

life is not counter strike. ak 47 is effective and accurate even from 1000yds. Desert Eagle (one of the most effective side arms thats used by officers within the army is effective 220 yds topps (btw both can be deadly from a larger distance too)

Would need a little updating though. Better drawing times för the 3GS would be needed, and it really should be harder to escape the cops when your "cop-rating" is high.

A system like in GTA, where new types of cops show up on the higher ratings, would be really good. :)
