Yo lil pole room it too cute!!! I finally got mine upright and ♥ it! I got the pink one tho... I wont let ppl throw salt on these poles they just idiots and cant put em up correctly! Keep the videos comin yu are awesome!

I want to take pole dancing classes as an exercise . do you think its worth it ?.

@thickbrown59 i personally think its the greatest exercise you could do. i ran track, was a cheerleader, danced, and did boxing and im in the best shape now from pole'n...it works every body muscle especially arms and abs! so go for it girl!
