That was about the same time I was looking for Vangelis' Antarctica LP when I found out it was around. I got that one in a small record store in Santa Monica as an import. Of course, all is available on CD but back then it was a must have. Giorgio's From Here to Eternity set is my favorite synth tune of all time

Sorry, no to both. However there is a soft synth that Moog came-out with that has the emulations of several of their most famous synths and vocoder. But as usual the analog purist (as I am with vocoders) say it's CRAP (or sub-par)!!

it was released in 1979! look at the promo video posted on YT. it was done here in L.A (rusk studio,hollywood)back in the day... him,alan parsons and others"used the studio" for their recordings.
