  • Senior year in high school (1988) the NY All State performed this piece; it wasn't easy but left an impact. Thanks for making me remember.

  • @WesNile69 you talking about the PMEA. I was in that same group. If I remember right it was states. And your right, this was not an easy song to do. At least not for the Clarinets.

  • I performed this song when I was in high school back in 1993. It is surely not an easy piece to pull off, even with an ensemble as small as yours. But I must say that all the tones and imagery was captured beautifully. Congrats on an excellent performance! Two thumbs up =)

  • 5:43 bad trumpet entrance... over all, very nice!

  • Wow, I don't know what to say. A lot of dragging there. The percussion section just messed this song all up. Coming in too early and too late. Even though there are a lot pf percussion parts, you have more than enough percussionists to cover it. You missed the intro to the woodblocks. At 4:15, the timpanist should have switched to bare mallets and aced that16th note roll over. At 6:00, the percussion should be all out-LOUD! I could comment on and on, but this could be done better.

  • @MissDesai it's a song about death. it's meant to drag
