funniest thing ever happened, my mate's mac crashed mid-sentence whilst bragging about how epic mac's are.. turns out the hard drive failed and he had to send it away for weeks to get it fixed.. ahhh the simplicity of PC's :)
you know why none of these commercials have legal copy (which you should expect considering all the claims they make)? because they compare macs to PCs, not windows. they can literally make any claim legally because macs ARE PCs.
@Armoredlamb on windows It depends on what service pack you start with, you can start with the latest one and have only two as well. either way the frequency the regular os updates roll out for both is about the same, and after each update for both os updates a reboot is required. the reason your argument is flawed is because you are taking things out of context similar to the mac os ad campaign
I'm a Mac user since 2006. I think the latest iOS5 update had an 18-page (!) "terms of use" that you had to agree to ;)

If macintosh had a bigger percentage of the market that actually produces stuff for humanity, people would bother creating viruses for macs as well.

unless you're doing development on visual studio or want to play pc games, there is really not much reason to go to a pc.
get a mac, dual boot it with windows, and that will take care of anything and everything you want to do xD
kissofdeathisraja 8 months ago
@kissofdeathisraja If macs were so good they would not need to use windows. lol fail logic.

@toppless04 Its not like a hard drive will never fail on a PC, the Operating system has nothing to do with it
jackdogwalk 8 months ago
@jackdogwalk True, hard drives do fail, but can be replaces easily instead of having to send them away for ages so you do not void the warranty.
DemonAMVs 8 months ago
@toppless04 ahhh yes,m hard drives only fail in Macs. ahhhh the stupidity of kids.

centercity1 1 year ago
@centercity1 Thats unified software update, not system updates or virus definitions.
OleVanDole 1 year ago
@centercity1 not really. try doing a fresh install of windows and a fresh install of osx and seeing how many updates/restarts there are
Armoredlamb 10 months ago
@Armoredlamb I been building my own comps since the 90, and have been working on both mac and pc
centercity1 10 months ago
@centercity1 so u shuld know osx takes about 2 restarts and windows takes way more than that
Armoredlamb 10 months ago
