After looking at the video, I think you will find that the "Deputy" that attacked the protester is NOT a sworn police officer. I think that he is a reserve officer with no formal training (he is the only person without a gun!!) May be interesting to to know why a security task force of law enforcement officers were utilizing untrained officers in a potential riot situation if that was the case!

The protester broke the law by crossing the line and should have been arrested anyway!

Idiots is what comes to mind when a partial video is portrayed and people act off of what little they see and know. These retards weren't "just" walking with signs, they were attempting to step out in the middle of Highway 36 while tractor trailors and cars were comming by.
