@poweredman all the stunts that show them jumping from building to building were done wil safety ropes. Besides, this would take years of training. If an untrained burglar tried this at your 4th storey he'd most likely seriously harm himself or die, so don't worry.

@LukeKeister813 buy a normal ladder and modify it, you could get a pompier ladder from a fire fighting equipment company but they dont really use them anymore and they are pretty heavy
