Super Mario Land IS appart of the Original Mario serise and don't say it isn't because it's on the Game Boy and Bowser is not the Main villian on it. Quit saying those games aren't original Mario games because they ARE. You're just mad because K Rool isn't the main villain.

The only really bad things about this game are:

- No Kremlings and no King K. Rool (The Tiki are really boring. especially the final boss)

- No other Kongs and only one Animal Buddy

- bad controlling (Waggle is not really my world) 

- To many things reference the Super Mario Franchise like some of the enemies like this ole for exemple and some levels and also the overworld map.

The Game is Fun an very nice, but not a 100% DKC for me.

@RetroTM They did switch up Bowser 3 times in the main games. SMB2 for Wart, SML for same alien thing(they also switched up Peach for Daisy as the Damsel in distress), and SML2 for Wario. Not to mention Mario was switched up for Yoshi in SMW2 and for Wario in SML3 as the main hero. Even though those were the 1st games for the said characters respected series, they were still part of the main Mario games. Plus Bowser himself(or K Rool) was a switch from DK(or Crankey).

Donkey kong King of swing and Jungle climber were a new gameplay expiernce trying to copy DKC and had K.rool as a villain but failed to copy what DKC did.

Trust me, you'll get used to them,I almost gave up when K.rool wasnt there but the only thing that let me give this game a chance was because it was DKC, what you do in this game is what DKC is about. I soon got used to it and now its my favorite Wii game for 2010
