Had a great suggestion from Jevers123, said some additional stringers will help with strength and minimize decking from flexing too much. Picked up some square poplar dowels today that I will use to brace decking, picked up some marine deck today! have tail in place now and working on front!! 8 full days spent on project so far.

At this stage, the board weights 27 lbs. Have been grinding hollows out of rails. Used 2" door hole cutter to lighten ribs and stringer.
8 holes= .25 lbs. Without rails, the frame weighed 14 lbs. after the holes were cut. Lowered weight by 4-5 lbs.
