I used to live in NY, I went to this place on a tip for its upside down slice, but I was blown away by the standard slice. I went again a year later, got the standard slice, but noticed the sauce tasted different. So I guess not every place is consistent unless its DiFara's since one person makes the pizza.
Nice video, i've been following you for about three years. I live in Ohio so there aren't any decent pizza places, its fun to see what other pizza people go for around the country.
I don't think NY is the only pizza town in America, I actually thought Bay Area pizza many times is superior to what is found in NY. They actually have a very tasty translation of an NY slice in a place in Berkeley. LA also has some good pizza places. Vito's is NY style but a bit thinner.

ha! Good point. In my defense, it was Halloween and my costume was much tamer than some of the others I encountered. Thanks for the comment!

After years of experimenting, I am inclined to agree with you. That being said, I've never been to Italy. Thanks for the comment.

Thanks for tuning in! If you're ever in NYC, drop me a line. We can grab a slice.
