  • His best imo.

  • marvin + mizell brothers = perfection

  • so good, wonderful track

  • amazing song. Marvin was so good. All his tracks I've heard here are good

  • One of my favourites from Marvin X

  • The music marvin gaye sings passes the ear in my head and goes to the ears in my soul, he understood music on a spiritual level man.

  • Musical liquid gold...never heard it before. The 70s were better than what is crammed down our throats today.

  • This track is the bum. Just hearing it

  • Ya'll remember this song from the movie "Life". But I don't kinow if it was on the soundtrack. It fit the scene perfect !

I love this song, it is my favorite Marvin track.

  • @TheLiquidcircle me too

  • Truest thing ever sang, "lies and hate, yet they fuel the fire." Just looking at youtube comments you see this in nearly every video.

  • Oh Marvin...

  • I AM WHITE, AND I KNOW MARVINS MUSIC IS BRILLIANT. HE WAS A TRUE ARTIST. THERE IS NO ONE THAT WILL EVER COMPARE TO THIS GENIUS. HIS MUSIC KNOWS NO COLOR. R.I.P. MARVIN, YOU ARE NEVER FORGOTTEN.

  • Fire that burn down the desire which the devil admires ! ! ! ! ! Rest in Peace Chico. Miami love you kid.. 1

  • Marvin didn't want to release this song as a single. This was suppose to be on the flip side of "Let's Get It On". It was never release until 2000 or 2001.

  • I Love Marvin sooo much. His music is spiritual and takes to you a place.

  • amzing song, so beautiful

how does this only have 30,000 views?

  • @patrickj25 because right now society doesn't know true quality of music, they prefer to hear lady gagashit & justin gayber

  • its because there is no one around to teach them and sadly who cares in a world of facebook and twitter that just about sums it all up to me. Marvin would turn in his grave as all he sang about is getting worse!

  • @patrickj25 me too

  • @patrickj25 Not many people know about this song. I only know it cause it was on the greatest hits album, its one of my favorite songs.

  • @patrickj25 I just found out about, after much searching 1:00am

  • @patrickj25 we ask ourselfs too.

maybe in life he don´t make a video or what

  • @patrickj25 I totally agree with you.

  • sad song in the movie life

  • ......I've wondered that soooo much these last few months. I love this song man. Beautiful.

  • i love it when the trumpets kick in

  • how did he die??

  • He was tragically murdered by his own father after a heated argument over a disputed cause.

  • The Mizells plus Marvin equals greatness!!!

  • I miss perhaps the most conscientious artist of mankind... Marvin Gaye. Even Pac said, "I remember Marvin Gaye use sing to me/ he had me fillin like black was the thing to be". Man! This artist was just the illest (He & Sam Cooke, who influenced Marvin). But Marvin will neva die cuz his legacy will foreva live on.

Music is the beat of the soul. It doesn't matter whether you are in the Arctic or in the Congo, In California, or in the U.K. music makes the heart thrum, and the brain bring back wonderful memories. Without music, this may as well be a dead planet.
