I've known about Chemtrails since reading Congressman Dennis Kucinich's house bill HR 2977 the Space Preservation Act of 2001. In this bill he listed "Chemtrails" under the heading of "exotic weapons systems." This bill tried to ban them. We don't have to try to guess what Chemtrails are because we have a Congressman that gave us the answer in HR 2977. That was a gift from Mr. Kucinich to the people.
