  • Great work man! How long did it take you to do a pair?

  • ur a genius

  • Yeah for sure, that would definitely be the cheaper route to go, which lets be honest, when your making things out of duct tape your probably looking for the cheaper route haha. I only used the shoe insoles cuz i wear mine a lot and i wanted them to be more comfortable, but cardboard will work just fine:)

  • can we use card board or some thing like that instead of the padding stuff

  • Thums up if you saw the White Poodle. :3

  • Do you sell these??? I want some if so how much are they ?????

  • do you have to have spray adhesive?

  • could you put a list of the things you have in the video so that people know what to get? like what kind of baseball tape and such.

  • can i place an order too?

  • i made these ( just the shell ) and they look amazzing! i cant wait to find somwhere that has baseball grip tape so i can finish them... nice video man

  • MAKE MORE VIDEOS THESE ARE SICK!

  • Trolololol I made duct tape shoes from a sock, duct tape, and a flipflop to make it more durable. I wore 'em to school. THEY DIG IT :3

  • I tried electrical tape on one pair, it doesn't work as well as duct tape, but it'll do the job. you can use it for the trim for sure. Not sure if you checked out the "semi duct tape shoe final product" video, but that shows you how to finish it off. Thanks for the hit!

  • Would some good qualityy electrical tapework?? Ps those r epic

  • @dangerousbunny664 -yeah, watch "semi duct tape shoe final product" if you want to see how they are really supposed to look. these are just a shell...

  • @dangerousbunny664 - yeah for sure! i've been wearing mine for awhile now. If your going to wear them outside i would put extra spray adhesive though, the baseball tape isn't as tacky as duct tape so the extra spray glue helps...

  • @michaeltomithy hey these shoes are freakin awesome!!! i was wondering where do u get baseball tape from and where did u get the soles. Plz reply ASAP. Thank you and keep doing these shoes they rock!!!

  • @WN427 Thanks, it's cool to hear such positive feed back on the shoes. You can get the baseball tape at any sporting goods store, just be sure to use the spray adhesive since the baseball tape is not as tacky as duct tape. As far as the soles, look in the plumbing section at a Home Depot or Lowes for a "rubber pipe leak repair patch" it's about 6" x 6" and you'll need two of these. Hope it works out for you, post a video of the finished product if you make it. Peace.

  • @michaeltomithy Thx so much

  • deffinitly making thses!

  • Woah o:

  • Wow! Those shoes are great. Way cheaper than a pair of Tom's or Sanuks. I think I will try to make a pair with my daughter sometime. Thanks for posting this.

  • @mngeocaching Thanks man! I'm glad to hear you like them, if i get some free time i'm planning on posting a couple more "semi duct tape" ideas i've got floating around in my head. . Thanks again!

  • @michaeltomithy We made them tonight but only had cheap silver tape. We will see how they hold up.

  • Ya i think so . . . i'll see what i can come up with.

  • Haha i know worst feet ever! ALL green ones, or just a green border??

  • Nice feet!! Where do I place my order? I would like some green ones :)
