  • Thanks. I got up to 225x11 doubles, and am now working on 235, aiming for 10-12 doubles within a 6 week stretch. I'll post another vid when I'm doing PR weights...

  • Nice work. I'm glad to hear you don't take like 5 minute breaks in between. I've seen guys do that and it really takes away from them being sets.

  • hilarious, but true. Thanks. FYI, I'm now doing 235 for doubles. My best performace to date was 225 for 11 sets of 2 in 15 minutes (not really regulating time in most workouts, just thought I'd note that so no one thinks I take 45 minutes for a measly 11 sets)

  • I'ts ironic, I used to only go from the floor, and I hated hang cleans. I got out of the practice of power cleans in general in favor of strongman training, got fatter than ever, and now I can't keep a good starting position for cleans from the floor. That's why I'm only hang cleaning right now. No idea what my max is, I gather it's around 255. All-time best from the floor is 265, hang 245.

  • do u alwasy go from the hang? or do u do from the floor also, also wuts ur max?
