@400mattandryan It's an HP Performance 57mm TT kit. The owner of the car is Mike Palugi. Just google his name and you'll find all the info on the car since it was featued in a couple of the Mustang mags a few years back. This is one bad ass 9 second street car.

@400mattandryan They're two different companies. One is HP Performance out of New Mexico and the other is HPP Racing in Texas. HP Performance mounts the turbos low behind the front bumper cover. Since his cover isn't on it's much easier to hear the turbos which is why it sounds that way. HPP's are mounted under the hood. HPP kit seems to be the crowd favorite though.
