@James1239170 The first prisoner was killed in isolation rooms so Dean picks a fight--a crime worthy of being sent to isolation--in order to investigate that wing of the prison. "Losing" the fight is all part of his plan.

Dean and Tiny fighting was a distraction so Sam could evade the guards and get into the old cell block where they could burn the remains of the last prisoner to live in that wing, who is thought to be haunting the block and causing heart attacks in the other prisoners/guards.

@flames169 Since season 5 started and Sam returned, they haven't mentioned Adam at all. They've mentioned Micheal and Sam's soul (which is still trapped in Lucifer's Cage with Micheal), but they have yet to say anything about Adam's body or soul. Hopefully it will come up soon. It would be a pretty big loophole if they didn't.

@saosinlunatic they talked about it in 6x11 Dean wanted both Adam and Sam out but Death said no and gave him a choice between the two, which of course meant Sam.

@leesway They might start a riot over Jen, but lets face it, Dean's been in bootcamp since he was four and fighting thing that make most criminal look like jaywalkers since his teens. They'd try and he'd go back on trial for additional murders. But that's what we love about him; he's a pretty, pretty killing machine. ;)

@leesway Jenson Ackles is just an actor, so yes he would have probably had big problems in prison. Dean Winchester, on the other hand, is a fictional character, who despite his looks is tough enough not only for a prison but also as it turns out for the Hell.
