@MultiRaymond1977 Thank you Ray, but I don't think I would survive very well in a restaurant setting. I enjoy cooking for my husband and am planning to have a family in the near future that I will be cooking for as well. Plus I don't have that professional chef mind set like you do. That is what I think it takes to be in a restaurant. I can see you being a great master chef one day soon :)
