I'm frequently in Denver, and you're right-this works very well when crossing 25, near the Tech Center - it seems to flow very well, even with a lot of traffic. I never have to wait long at these interchanges.
Colorado and Texas use this extensively and it works very well. Wisconsin is still using 1950's design with ramps and traditional intersections or round-a-bouts.... We are stuck with their heads in the sand.....
