  • Kick ur leg harder man... thats the key 2 gainers, an sorta delay the tuc untill ur at the highest point

    U can do em piss from what iv seen... :) try a wall gainer they help with technique i think

  • just keep on training it until it feels natural, umm.. and also use your arms a bit more, that way youæll get much more hight and rotation

    and doing them down a hill is not easy.

  • dude before you do the roll i would suggest looking up how to do the parkour gainer, it would be alot safer
