I am so glad to have a forum. This was the greatest show on TV at anytime before or since. I cried for days when this show ended--because I had lost a "family" of people I really cared about. I was not about the bare flesh and sex--this was as close to real as TV has ever gotten to showing how we really are--we can love each other. @hollywoould I can hear it perfectly. Turn up the volume and try to hear it with headphones, maybe you will hear it that way. ;-) But yeah, he does say "I love you".

@6098sophia The rumor is, that Gale and Randy dated through season 1&2 and then off and on after that.
Most of the fans asume, that Gale is bi, but he never said anything officially.
They still keep in touch, so maybe now that Randy broke up with his boyfriend they will date again, but I guess we will never know, since Gale keeps his private life very private :) They were great together so I really hope the rumor is true
