  • the music is too loud and distracting.

  • Harleys are unreliable and over priced.

  • I raced one with my 2002 Bandit 1200cc, and he wiped my ass all over the place and stomped me like a red headed step child. Naturally, I found one for myself and the Bandit is now for sale.

  • It's nice when manufacturers listen to riders...

  • The videography wasn't too bad but the VO trails off at the end of his points and is way too monotone and low.

  • Next time, hire a professional videographer and he'll get better audio and better video, and therefore better credibility for your publication. Music was kinda low as was voice. Good info and on-board shots, though.

Cycle World videos went from amateur to professional videographers lately and there's a world of difference.

  • Geeeez , he forgot to mention if it has any power DuH!!

  • I have a 2009 Concours 14 and I love it! Mr. Stickhorse is right, at least you're on two wheels. Love the sport not the brand!

  • i didn't know Joaquin Phoenix did ride reviews!

  • Wow, that was about as monotone as you can get. Nice bike, speaking of Harley, why don't they have the balls to try and make a bike of this type? Probably because they know they can't possibly do it as well as Japan does.

  • I like Kawasaki, thank you for the video well done !

  • muy linda la compre ayer no me la creo :)

  • I must have one....

  • Whats the music?

  • Oh yea Kawasaki rocks! great choice

  • Got rip of my M109R now getting the 2010 Concours14

  • Why must evryone compare a jap bike to a Harley. Look, it like comparing a 1969 Chevelle to a 2010 Audi R8. Both are great cars in their own element. Don't just love a particular brand of motorcycle. Love all motorcycles!

  • @MrStickhorse although I agree with you, I still wonder what IS the point of a 1969 Chevelle other than to be most likley loud and call attention to one's self but not really do anything that great. But also the comparison is null being that the Chey makes current models of carsand so does Harley. Harley has simply chosen to stick to good looks and sound for those who want a relaxed 1960's ride. Nothing wrong, just two totally different makers.

  • @MrStickhorse I think part of it comes from teh whole dont wave to the guy on the jap crap bike attitude that most atleast 80% of the harley guys have. Meanwhile most of them are the ones who trailer their shit down to daytona when the bmw and goldwing guys put way more miles on the actualy bikes.

  • kind of the touring class

  • Kawasaki have made changes from rider feedback? Load of crap I want to talk to Kawasaki Australia about problems with my 09 model and nobody want to know me. Mr Kawasaki you suck!

  • the only reason the bmw seems like it has more torque is due to the gearing. It's geared lower and has nowhere near the top speed. It's also much more expensive than the connie for what you get.

  • Fine moto, beautifull video 5***** by Julita

  • sould i buy gtr 1400,bmw rs1300,honda st1300,bmw gs1200..help me to chosee

  • Go with the Honda ST1300, I have had all the big tourers and currently riding the Kawasaki...regret selling my St1300

  • go for this kawasaki or try fjr1300 yamaha.. goodluck with ur choice

  • BMW RS1300??

    There is a 1300R and a 1300S, but no RS1300.

Out of these bikes, If money was no object, I would own a 1200GS. Its got plenty of power. It's the most comfortable bike I have ever been on, and you can take it anywhere.

  • I test rode it at the Intl Motorcycle Show in Long Bch, CA. Nice bike, it feels a LOT lighter than it is, even at slow, creeping speeds. Nice ergos, powerband was linear, but not enough TORQUE! I would choose a BMW 1200RT for a little more $.

  • Not enough torgue? Last I checked the Concours has more power than any other Sport Tour, except the Yamaha FZR.

  • 0:47

    133.7 Miles :D

  • I rented an 08 model for a short 350 mile road trip. The part about heat on the right side is true. My back got a little sore after about 3 hours and my legs felt cramped after about the same amount of time.( I'm 5'9"). There is a reason for the term "Iron Butt". The seat was very comfortable for the first few hours but began getting painful after that. This is probably true for most bikes. The bike has great power! Overall, I loved it.

  • for 15k i can see this bike being a big seller, i dont like touring bikes much myself, but maybe someday ill actualy get one. the heated hand grips.. wow i wish my bike had those.

  • What the fuck?

700 pounds i wonder how that thing coners

  • @J4AProductions Like a fighter jet......

  • i was thinking like a Boeing 747 but thanks

  • Those vent slats make the bike look like it's from the 80's.

  • how the hell did they manage to bring the weight up to over 700lbs. built the thing outa lead?

  • I'm starting to like Kawasaki!

  • id take that over ANY harley

  • Word on 'at

  • yeah, harley is for FAGS

  • well i wouldnt say that... they are nice but they dont have half the luxeries of this bike and cost twice as much

  • @TheBuIIshitable

Me too! However, dentists and lawers wouldn't be able to dress up in their hard-core-biker costumes on sunny weekends if they rode this.

  • @plutonium9 i lol'd!

  • @TheBuIIshitable Without a doubt....all day comfort, smooth, reliable, powerful, handling, AND it wont break the bank...AND it looks better than anything harley has ever even thought of. Of course the last one is just my opinoon lol

  • nn molto bella

  • Fucking N00bs. except for brentobot
