  • Very cool, those are very pretty setups!

  • Red tails can live in a 30x12x12 terrarium for up to 1 year, than it's time too upgrade. ~

  • i have a wonderful 8/2 month old red tail boa.i named her Cinnamon

  • Hey, I have a question! I have a 6 month old red tail boa.And she hasen't eaten in around 3 weeks? well anyways the guy i got her from said she was eating really well but she wouldnt take frozen, live, pree killed anything. She strikes once but then looses intrest. I'm really worried. What should i do? I would very much apreciate the help thanks.

  • to young to even have a snake let alone a red tail BOA lol!

  • I was told by so many breeders to not use aspen because it can get lodged in their scales. I use Eco Earth and my little boy LOVES it. Has anyone else heard that or of aspen getting stuck in the scales? Or stabbing?

By they way kido, you did an GREAT job. Next time bring Maggie out for us. Ok? =) You did awesome.

  • Nice vid nice to see young plp as yourself that are into snakes im not big on tanks my self i use tubs and bins for humidty and since i use underbelly heat i dont need lights oh and btw i hope you find your corn snake lol

  • What watage is your light bulb?

  • hey 1sepand...go fuck yourself...great vid man. If you are worried about mites from new bedding or wood take it and and bake it in the oven at about 250 let it get good and hot. This will kill any mites or anything. Let it cool then its good to stick in the enclosure. Then no worries!

  • u sound like a little bitch grow sum balls kid

  • dude get a life

  • stupid fucking troll

  • @johnnyluvstacos agreed, fuck they are every-where

  • that is a beautiful snake u spoil it lol

  • "wassup youtube". xDD im sorry dude nice video

  • do boas like to burrow? my ball pythons do and for the bedding i hav aspen but im gettin a boa on thurs and i hav repti bark. is tht ok? beautiful boa btw and awsome setup! 5*

  • yah repti bark is ok for a RTB but like alot of people will say RTB can get stressed esily. so yes my boa maggie LOVES TO BURROW. the more greenery you have in the cage the more she/he will feel safe.

  • i am low on the cash right now si was planing on a ball python 20 g tank and all the stuff i needed was like a 100 to set up but i got the 55 g in the trash i cleaned it whit bleach warm water and rised the best i could put the fan in it and then turn on the heating lamp to warm up and walla a free 55 g i dont wanna get a ball python now cause i have to much space 4 it and i dont wanna just have haf of the thank in use and i really love common boas

  • Forget the fish tank man they SUCK for keeping boas. You're better off with a sterilite container with air holes You cant keep humidity right in a tank and the snake will dehydrate...

  • can i have a 9 ft in a 55 gl fish tank ?

  • you can but they need more floor space if its a boa im guessing thats what it is. what you should do it make your own cage out of plexi glass and plywood with a screen lid. thats what i did for my 2 and a half foot baby. its the same demensions as a 20 gallon long. but i would suggest a 55 gallon long which has more floor space, you can get them at petco and im pretty sure you can order them too.. tell me if you need any more advice. a 45 long is ok bc the 55 is just taller. but id make my own

  • yeah i am talking about a common or colombian boa i am talking about 55 g fishtank cause thats what i have right now i got it 4 free and it is look 4 feet long i will make a costom in the future but i dont think i will need more then 4 feet long for a few years what would u say and i will try to hondle the most i can i have only time in my hands so taking it and holding it wont be a big deal i can do that while on the computer lol

  • im not saying its a bad tank but what i would do is make the hide box in the long shape of the cage if you have one because if it is 9 feet long it needs to be able to fit in the box snug but not on top of its self. if you put some branches in there so it can get off the ground and stretch, also its a good idea to get them out and handle them to keep them tame and to let them stretch. but if its 9 feet it shouldnt get much bigger so your custom one shouldnt have to be much bigger. just floor ok?

  • i get what ur saying i understand but i think i need to clear out that i am getting a baby a few mouths old so the 55 should last me a while untill i can get the money to costom make a cage and i am going to make a video on the tank soon to i still need a few stuff but i may make the video later on today

  • well see what i was confused on was that you said a 9 foot so i thought u were wondering if you can put that in the 55 gallon. but since youre getting a baby yea that cage will last it untill its about 6-7 feet but i cant stress enough about floor space, i have a friend that he had a 10 foot in a 45 gal bc he was short in money and it ended up not eating and it almost died bc the cage was 2 small. after he got a bigger cage it was fine so tell me if you mean a baby or a 9 footer in the 55 gal?

  • i mean i am putting a baby in there lol i was judt wondering how log would it last me lol sorrry 4 confusfing you wow how can a fit a 45 in a 10 that is crazy nah but even a 9 foot has space in a 55

  • yea like i said a 55 will last a baby almost all if its life untill its about 7 feet or so. but since you have that big of tank for such a small snake you could make it look really cool, get some substrate and a huge water bowl on one end. then put a whole bunch of branches and leaves in there. get a heat lamp and a under tank heater. thats what i do for heat just make sure the snake doesnt burrow onto the glass right on the under tank heater. it will burn it. put a rag over it andtape it reply

  • what lil snake ? a colombian ?

  • See my comment

  • nice cool vid

  • Pretty good advice lol but my red tail loves to climb and even sleeps on his branch and he never burrows lol either way 5*
