@vaansolidor It's not really how fast your internet is as much as how low your latency is (ping). 1000 ping is roughly a 1 second delay in your actions so the lower the better.

Cable internet is your best bet for lowest pings. Most people I know with cable have between 30-60ms pings. DSL would be 2nd but their pings can be between like 50-100 depending on how far away you are. What I use is 3G which is between 80-120 avg. As for actual data speed, 1mb would be plenty, anything more is overkill.

Played with ps3 and 360. Guess what i bought ? Ps3... it was better at many functions except game library, but who cares. Isnt it enough to play 1 - 3 hours a day? Is it really needed to play games 24\7 ?

Better to wait for a quality product, than to recieve a poorly rushed piece of shit. I've played plenty of rushed games and they all have had glitches, bugs, freezing issues, poor dialogue and voice overs, shitty 720i graphics, bad camera angles, etc...all for $60.00. Games that aren't rushed generally do look better. Like Uncharted 2, God of War 3, Gran Turismo 5, MGS4, LBP and Infamous. Those game all look outstanding, 2 of which aint even out yet.

Not any longer than usual. The "myth" that PS3 games are harder to develop for and take longer to produce is about as phoney as Pamela Anderson's boobs! The fact is, that some companies prefer to take they're time with a game...like with Gran Turismo 5 for example. But even so...I'd rather wait 3-5 years for a better looking, polished game on PS3. It's worth it.

Actually.....the PS3 version was held back and watered down for the 360. Because Rockstar wanted GTA 4 to be as close as possible with no major advantages over any 1 console. Had it been designed exclusively for PS3 and utilized a complete 50-80 GB dual layered Blu Ray disc at 1080p natively.....this game would've actually been worth all the hype. Thanks Rockstar. I own both systems too, and i havent touched my ps3 since January, ever since i switched to 360 i never looked back, now the ps3 just sits there for blu ray movies... aaand gta now has expansion pack for 360, and ps3 is stuck with the same old gta...sucks for ps3 users

you hit the jump a little on the tippy side, your speed is fine actually faster then when i use that jump for numorous reasons (getting away from cops) just hit the jump straighter or go get a motorcycle

Just a suggestion: Use a NRG 900 for all stunts, hit full throttle on that particular jump when it starts to flatten out (or let go of the throttle when you're just about to level out to prevent spin), and land the jump on all (or at least most) of your wheels. It doesn't count unless you land it.

Of course you have to land it, that's why the bike is best, you can rotate it in mid air. Doing it in cars isn't anywhere near as fun, get a nice bike from the shop near the burger shot in algonquin.
