@ToNzZlive You must use some sort of OS CD. Alternatively you can use a formatting tool, but you can't be in the operating system.

@Windows7Fan1 No, it was designed for winxp. I put a vista sticker on it becuse the keyboard has the new windows logo on it, but I later found out it has a WinXP COA on the bottom, so the keyboard must have been replaced sometime in it's life. I took the Vista sticker off and put an XP one on.

my netbook is better in almost any way, but hell. my netbook was 330 euros and that thing a LOT less XD.

nice little machine for on the go, love the design btw.  black always looks great on a laptop, especially with metallic silver/grey.

Sometimes people don't think about it when buying new computers, but having that 56k modem is always a good thing when the time needs it! Sometimes you might be at a hotel, and you can sometimes use the phone line for free dial-up (you only pay for the minutes used, like a regular phone call), and if you want to send a fax without a fax machine!

The Latitudes are probably Dell's best line of portables... Inspirons are okay, but build quality could be a little better in some areas.
