@Trianful yes your body will get used to it so i would say look at my other videos and pick a couple that you like and keep switching back and forth between all the ones you picked

@wenzlinon29 yeah for about 20 to 30 mins, but you can still try this one just don't go as hard. Its always going to be hard at first but it will get easier as time goes on.
