  • Hey Lance i want to ask you if its ok to do only these exercises in the nr 35 video i find them very hard and my body really responds to it(i sweat alot).What i mean is will my body get used to them after a while(planning on doing them untill i achieve my goal).

  • @Trianful yes your body will get used to it so i would say look at my other videos and pick a couple that you like and keep switching back and forth between all the ones you picked

  • @twangers89 a ton ... unfortunately i don't know each one but you should do some research and start reading labels and you will start finding out how to spot processed foods.

  • @MrSomeoneshere i would say you should choose 3 different bodyweight cardio videos that i have put up and do them back to back for 3 days straight take a break and then start it over again.

  • @twangers89 i would say do this routine and another routine 2 days in a row and then take a break and keep up with that 3 day slip for 1 month and then come back and ask me for a new routine :)

  • @joey7286 2 to 3 inches usually takes a month or two ... really depends on the amount of work u put in your workouts and your eating habbits

  • @asking79 I would suggest doing any of my videos but if they are to hard then you can try the warm up routines.

  • @wenzlinon29 yeah for about 20 to 30 mins, but you can still try this one just don't go as hard. Its always going to be hard at first but it will get easier as time goes on.

    If I run 3 miles, 3 times a week will it count as a good cardio for fat loss?

    I'm also doing muscle traing aswell i.e abs, arms etc.
