Dutch Oven Pot Roast

1 Large pot roast 3 cloves garlic-chopped 1 Large onion-cut in big pieces 1 Small bag carrots 2 Packages sliced mushrooms 1 Package McCormacks Pot Roast Seasoning 3-4 Stalks celery, sliced 2-3 Boxes beef broth Dig hole big enough for the dutch oven Heat coals (about 30) Brown pot roast in about 1 tablesoon of olive oil (brown on all sides) Add Beff broth and cook about 2 hours (keeping coals hot) Add remaining ingredients and simmer until meat is tender. Enjoy
