This might not be an accurate comparison. They should have done this for a throw that covered equal yardage, was in the same direction, and so on. Anyway!
easiest thing to notice is how much cleaner Brady's mechanics are then Tebow's. Tebow reaches all the necessary points to throw the football accurately, just not as efficient. Tebow has the big wipe with his off hand, really draw the ball back behind him and then has the huge follow through with his leg(creates an unbalanced throwing motion and doesn't lead to consistent results). Brady has a clean elbow drive with his off arm and then drags the foot thru to stay more balanced.
WHAT the fuck you cant compare a fucking losing ass crouchin fag with tom brady. Who does that like dude totally 47 percent accuracy compares with 72 duh. Why do people like him is it because he crouches on the feild or gets lucky once and a while. Why WHy WHY do people think hes god damn people come on must of the wins not from him I am congraudation the kick for the wins. OH and for the pittsburgh game That was luck like really I guess a blind squirl can find a nut in a tree.
Tebow should not have been a 1st round pick or played at all his rookie year.
More like 3rd round, ride the bench for at least a season and a half.
I say this as a Tebow fan who wants to see long-term success. Everyone knew he could make big plays and run over defenders that weigh 20-30 pounds less than him.
Though I do like Tim Tebow a lot and I think he does have what it takes to make it in the NFL as a QB if he does some of the things GanNing suggests below, nevertheless I did laugh a lot when some NFL announcer said during a Broncos game this season...
"Tim Tebow's the best left-handed relief pitcher who's ever played quarterback in the NFL!"
Love him or hate him, that is a very funny quote.
After watching this numerous times and paying attention to upper and lower body movement, Tebow's release isn't AS bad as I thought. It does need tweaking. The right foot needs to pivot (rotate). The right needs to stay on the ground instead of being lifted up like a pitcher. Finally, the wind-up needs to be notsomuch like a "lock-and-load" release but more of a "pull-the-trigger" release. I'm no NFL scout, but in my opinion, I think Tebow can fix the mechanics and succeed in the NFL.
@GanNing117 Actually lifting your back leg off the ground as your hips rotate is a different throwing style as you see beeing done by Peyton Manning. Tebows problem is the fact that he does not push his hip forward transfering his leg power through his upper body propelling his shoulders to rotate. This causes the throw power to be generated from his upper body, a less powerful bodypart, and forces him to put more power into it making it less accurate. See how effortless Brady (and Vick) throws
@DallasFan12121 Thank God someone speaks the truth. Tim Tebow can not complete fifty percent of his passes in drills when everyone is running half speed. Never going to be good
@bwilliams13able I know right. The media soooo over-hyped Tebow. People can't separate the fact that just because his team wins, doesn't mean Tebow is good. He didn't make those comebacks. His defense and special teams kept it close. People think,"Oh, the Broncos wins lots of games, that means Tebow is a great QB." When in reality, he sucks.
perfect Vs. Stupid ... go ahead and analyse tebows throwing "styles" all you want.. just look at his completion % and the terrible passes he makes that dart to the floor about 5 yards short of the WR
Tim Tebow is the proverbial bumble bee of Mary Kay Ash's famous quote, which was...
"Aerodynamically the bumble bee shouldn't be able to fly, but the bumble bee apparently doesn't know that so it keeps on flying anyway."
Fuck the haters, Tim. After a full off-season and training camp you'll be even better than you already are. You just keep winning games and doing your thing!
what's with the dog leg on tebow's side? phil simms made every excuse for tebow during the game....."now that's not tim tebow's fault, he didn't get protection" or "he meant to overthrow his receiver by 5 yards, that's how he prevents the other side from picking it off" ffs, phil grow a pair
When I was watching this live... I thought to myself "Dam I REALLY REALLY hope someone is putting this on YouTube right now..." being 100% serious too... Thank yo very much for this upload kind sir!

No amount of off season work is going to help his throwing motion. He is like a hippo trying to be a giraffe. "He is what he is." But he is a winner.

@DallasFan12121 Yet...he has as many playoff wins as Tony Romo's teams, who have been MUCH more talented over the past 5-7 years than the Broncos.
