There's an explaination. The first 3 letters of the word "HELP" must be the only audible part, hence the x2 part.

I think only certan word it's allive , the rest is made so that each person heres slightly diferent. Also the movieis great , but all monster/s have no exual symbolic, even the producer doesnt really know what are they , so it's left for viewers to speculate. Like LOST , except there they eventualy explain some things.
