  • she should do more cardio and/or better nutrition to tighten that tummy up. typical of many fitness instructers. do as i say, not as i do.

    i was at the gym the other day watching an overweight young female, who appears to have never even broken a sweat, working as a personal trainer for a 30-35 year old, fairly athletic male. its one thing to learn about the exercises but its quite another to push yourself to the maximum when performing them. there is no substitute for experience
