Yeah, but I still think the Breen's helmets look a lot like that of bounty hunter Boussh (whom Princess Leia disguises herself as in Return of the Jedi). I think the costume designers went shopping at a Sci-Fi surplus store.

I think Weyoun was turning the charm on the Dominion's new ally. At this point, any pretence of equality between Cardassia and the Dominion was gone, they were a vassal, and Weyoun took every opportunity to remind Damar of it by humiliating and degrading him.

There's lots of things funny about this scene. In an earlier scene, Weyoun's clone had just been killed by Worf. Damar was really happy cuz he hates Weyoun. Then a shortwhile after he walks into the war room, and a brand new Weyoun clone is laughing his ass off. It's also funny because the Breen don't speak. They make this terrible warbling noise and they're all pretty evil. What could he have said to make Weyoun laugh THAT hard?
