Sorry for my ignorance, but (BIS) is Business Information Systems? I would like to know if there are a lot of math classes in this major.

well in my degree i only did statistics, which looking at data and using various probability, mean equations. Ye BIS is business information systems, i also do ebusiness management aswell as a submajor. But both deal with databases (information systems)

Some people told me that this major doesn;t require a lot of math. I think that math that you are talking about is not so hard. I think math in computer science and architecture is more complicated. Do you think college algebra 1 and calculus will satisfy this major? thanks for your answer, i really interested in this career.
