Not any new ones like this, because I haven't done much filming since I was promoted in Jan. However, I am uploading a little something I made from the stuff I have managed to film so far this year.

I think the only difference may be the freedom that our post has compared to others. Our uniforms, the equipment we are authorized to carry and the type of training we do.

We dont call your parents for anything. What I wrote is our applicant process. its much longer than a 2 week period.

....and put through a background check by the FBI. Once you are all clear and have passed everything, then you become a rookie patrolman within the post. You go into your 3 month probation period. During this time, you cant miss any meetings unless your sick, family etc. You must show good attitude, participate etc. Once you pass this, and you are 16 and over you can go on ride alongs. we have a hard process to get into our post.

Must be between the ages of 14 -21 and have completed the 8th grade. You have to show up for 3 weeks before you are given an application. You bring it back completed the next week and our advisor and the brass of the post looks over it, calls your references, school etc. Then you must pass a basic PT test. Next you will go through a review board which is basically like a serious interview with our advisor and the high ranks of the post. Then you will be fingerprinted....

I am joining explorers at the end of the year in San Antonio, sadly im only 13 but i am 100% sure i am goining into law enforcement. Can't wait until i am 14

@URMOM0504 thx i think im gona come to yours because ya'll look you have really great training. This is probably weird but in my neighborhood my friends and i have golf carts, mine has undercover police red lights, so i pull them over and practice High risk stops

lol thats cool, becareful though. Theres a pretty tough interview process to get into our post which includes a review board, PT exam, and a criminal background check thru the FBI. So until you get done with 8th grade try your best to stay out of trouble, that goes for school as well.

We have 150 plus explorers thru out the city of San Antonio however, our city is the 7th largest city in the nation so we have 7 post that make up our program. At my post, North West Substation, we have about 15 now. We have always been the smallest post.

Great video im from Serbia and im comming to San Antonio this summer , can i join san antonio police explorers even without american citizenship :D Im gonna move to sacramento when im 18 cuz almoust my whole family is there :D

Unfortuently, you HAVE to be an american to join ANY Explorer post thru out the United States, But once you gain your citizenship, you can try and join a post in Sacremento.
