@9:45 you don't pull on that truck to close it, you use the key fob and click the trunk lid button again, or press the trunk button inside to close it... It has an "automatic closing trunk lid" not just the pull down. Pull downs were only on the base Exec and the Signature series Town Cars.. Power closers are standard on all Town Car Cartier, Ultimate, and Signature Limitied series

These are usually on the exterior of the mirror now, but some are still on the fender.
