there are alot of idiots on the internet who think they can sing great and put themselves on youtube singing while they sing terrible. And then they get alot of hate of course. First i thought this was something like that, untill you started to sing!

Thank you. There's such a wide variety on YT. Good and bad, and I suppose that's what makes it so good and fun. I do get the odd hate comment, but on the whole the comments are really positive. It's something I really enjoy doing and it makes me feel good that a majority of viewers like it :)

My heart goes out and my hat comes off to any or all who have mustered the courage to sing ON CAMERA, David Gray's "Babylon and/or Version two", for I have not yet begun to sing on camera, my chords will most likely pay homage as the backing vocals to whatever song I fancy to sing. Rather heard or not, they ARE there. My voice just happens to blend in too well. Alone? They sound similar to an alley cat being slung around by its tail. LOL So, for yourselves, make me proud as well!

@jeffstunes without self-criticism, would be a published book with no proof reaading. We seem more worse off to ourselves than those around us because we strive to do our very best. We need to remind ourselves, "We're only human". AND I agree with you 100% on the greatest learning. My technique in proper note placement needs improving.

WOW, I love David Gray! This is a great song as well for it's lyrics. I think music should be a fluid piece of art and a jounrey through music and lyrics. This is a song that shows both combined nicely. I love your version! My favortie ALL time song of his is a famous song here in the states called... "This Years Love".
