The new act addresses some of the concerns of the old act such as establishment of a federal database, allowing states to access each others records, and possibly leaving loopholes for illegals to still get licenses, but don't be fooled. Once they have the framework in place, they can change the law at any time to include those things that were taken out.

Most people suffer no ill consequences for refusing to pay. The IRS tries to get people to seek "amnesty" by settling their alleged debt for pennies on the dollar in return for a pledge of future cooperation.

I raised a hugh scene at the Unlocal DMV here in Michigan, I had 12 proofs of Indentity but once they said I didn't qualify for a State ID I raised a big scene about the EDLs that just passed in Michigan and About the New World Order. I didn't go easy and I was with my Mother, She was pissed off. They was trying to escprt me out, but now before I ran around the DMV and it was packed, Still Ranting about how I was treated from not having a Birth cirtificate, etc. more Security came and I got out.
