the best way to avoid fraffic tickets is to not drive and not be in traffic which are both commercial terms meaning your making money doing it...I as an ecclesiastic have sojourned in my ecclesiastical pursuit chariot for over 10 years,,,a few tickets that I never paid and returned refused for fraud I never heard from again and got back two chariots after 10 months impound both free of charge. The Church oewn the chariot I am only steward over the non commercial church property,no jurisdiction

Here in Illinois, cops have ticketing laws. It's harder to get out of a ticket, but it's actually fairly easy to fight them--half of the time the officer won't show up to court when you plead not guilty.

Normal officers don't have a badge on their left shoulder that blaintantly says "COP" that's part of the reason I knew it was staged. that and terrible acting. honestly around here, if a cop stopped someone and they were acting like that girl was, they would throw it down. promise they would. get out the knightsticks and g to town. in KC they are scared, real scared!
