this guy is an idiot. There is no "proper" push-up, as every technique has it's ups and down. One push up may work out your biceps and triceps, but not your flexor muscles, which allows your joints (elbows) to make it possible to lift up - even when your muscles (triceps and biceps) are tired.
Certain push-ups do certain things, so there is no "proper technique" idiot... Don't teach if you don't even know the simplest stuff.

Saved me some pain lol... I found that I tend to have my hands kind of infront of my shoulders when doing pushups... got the muscle from my shoulder to chest pretty sore lol. Much easier doing it the "proper" way... ty :)
